第二，我们要对我们的学生有一定的了解，这个班级的孩子是活泼好动的还是安静的学习的呢？要做到因材施教。

第三，单词是一定要教会孩子如何去记忆的，如果没有必要去记的话那何必出现单词呢？我们毕竟还是要应对各种开始的，如果孩子的应试水平没有上去，课上得再好也不过是个主观评价罢了。

如何教会孩子去记忆单词，这个就是我们的课外功夫了，推荐一些办法，例如卡片教授，多媒体教授，游戏教授，肢体语言教授，都是可以达到巩固记忆单词的效果的。

第四，有时间的话可以去听听其他老师的课，或者是上网看一些相关的教学视频，听课是进步最快的办法之一了。

第五：更多的去亲近学生，了解学生的学习，学生们最想收到老师的关注！这样他们学习也会有动力。
