This is the apartment building adjacent to my cousin’s home. Last night there was an enormous fire (not sure about the causes).
She and her husband were able to escape safely with their cats but a great deal of their neighbors lost their homes and many of their possessions.
My cousin posted this photo on Facebook this morning with information on where to send donations, and just a couple hours later she posted an update that donations were no longer needed because so many people had sent them in so quickly.www.ienglishcn.com
It may be a small thing to donate some warm clothes or food, but it really made a huge difference for the people who woke up this morning having lost everything.
If you live in the Raymond, NH area, the food bank is still taking donations of nonperishable goods for the fire victims.
